I hope you'll post them for us. Every year I rediscover one from Christmas past. It's a true joy.

I saw a cute way to wrap an odd sized Christmas present. Wrap the item in tissue then wrap it in aluminum foil bringing the ends to the top and twisting them to look like a giant Hershey's kiss. Don't forget to add a strip of paper to include your greeting. It would be cute for a kids gift.

Now that is a cute Christmas wrapping trick.

Yesterday I received a nice early Christmas gift from my nurse practitioner. My A1c was 6.5!! I can now add a piece of fruit to my diet each day. I am so excited. Yes it will raise my A1c a little but also prevent berry berry or other unwanted health risks from long-term nutrition minus fruit. I bought frozen sugar free peach slices and bing cherries! MMMmmmmmmm

Yay! Super Christmas awesome.
I love fruit. I can't imagine doing without.

With tomorrow being the first day of meteorological fall the Mrs. and myself count it as the start of the season, so we went ahead today and retrieved our fall décor from the closet which made both of us happy and sad at the same time. Happy for the change in the season, sad because to get to the box with fall décor in it we had to look right and move the Christmas boxes. Is it to early for a light Christmas decorating?

The question is rhetorical for me, those on here who have paid attention we are at 15 days and the magic starts happening.

As a non parent, of course, I have the best advice. *Teasing on that, but if I were that Child I would want the magic to continue as long as possible. If they start asking questions or come home when someone has spoiled the Dream, you can say that for your family the magic will Always continue as much as they want it to. Hopefully it won't happen anytime soon. Christmas is in the heart, mind, and attitude as we all know.

I hung a Fall wreath this morning. It'll stay up until Thanksgiving then I'll replace it with a Christmas one.

We'll put up Fall decorations this weekend.
Halloween decorations October 1st.
Then Thanksgiving decorations November 1st.
Then Christmas decorations Thanksgiving Day!!!

With all the rain we've had I've mowed my yard at least twice a week this summer. That never happens. I'm actually looking forward to raking leaves and getting my yard ready for my Christmas decorations.

Do you think with all your rain, that the leaves will be more or less beautiful this year
And will you be able to get them all raked up before Christmas?

As soon as the tomatoes are finished in the garden I'll take the tomato cages and turn them into little Christmas trees and string them with lights. They are really cute that way.

That's a tough one my Christmas friend. But I think it would be what you think is best for your child. Every one of mine are so different and I know yours is too. You have to think what will be the best transition for your child. I know I would want to hold out as long as I could. But you don't know when someone else will spill the beans.
