bought the first gift of christmas last night.

on a facebook yardsale site someone was selling a cheap electric guitar (defeinitely cheap) with a strap, cable and a small battery powered amp that clips on to your belt for fifteen bucks.

i couldn't pass it up for my 7 year old son.

Thanks Christmas Crazy for the get well wishes. I am struggling to regain strength and eating. Miss you all. So grateful for my kindle so I can keep up a little each day.

I got my Lakeside Christmas catalog in a few days ago. Did y'all see those cute little owl jars. They would be great to fill and give as Christmas gifts. Adorable! :smilecc:

I bet you'll have it in your mailbox before the week is over. There's just always something special about the Lakeside Christmas catalog. Since Sears, Montgomery Ward, and JcPenney quit having their BIG catalogs, I guess it's the next best thing. :candle2:
