42 degrees this morning. This is me freezing.

I saw a cute idea today. Just wrap up all your Christmas movies and every night you unwrap one and that's your family movie for the night.

I received two more Christmas catalogs yesterday and plan on perusing them today. It is so much fun. Reminds me of my childhood when we children marked the Sears & Montgomery catalogs for our parents to get a 'hint' of what was on our list for Santa.

I thought I was all ready for Halloween. BUT we need more candy because somehow the huge bag was opened and it is missing a few dozen pieces. 
And then there is a need for costumes. Are you ready for Halloween yet? After that it is our favorite holidays of Thanksgiving countdown down to CHRISTMAS!!

Found some frozen candy corn in the freezer my mother sent last year. I thawed it, and it's perfect. You can't even tell it has even been frozen. I told my family to buy a couple of extra bags of candy corn and candy pumpkins, they can be used with the cone shaped ice Cream cones to make Little cornacopias on the table and even used as Place holders. Halloween used to be my second favorite tv month next to Christmas.

That is a creative idea for the candy corn/pumpkins. You might also find Christmas candy to take home to Sweden too.
