That song is so deep. Can you imagine being their for the very first Christmas or growing up next to Jesus' house? How about getting to hold him or babysit for him? I wonder what is was like.

I second that emotion Christmas Jolly. Sending prayers.

I take it you saw the articles on my facebook page, or did it make the international news? Funny that they happen after President Trump's speech about "Sweden".....
Perky continues to search for jobs. he too is happy to be out of the war zone. I just realized that Saturday is February Rudolph day. One more day closer to Christmas!

Next time I come to Texas, I want to order a Rudolph Melamine plate and cup for us to use on Rudolph Days. It's silly, but too Christmas fun. :dinner:

I saw it on Fox News.
Any Christmas plans for this Rudolph Day?

My wish for today. I hope that everyone running wild spending tax refunds remembers that there's a whole rest of the year and that you'll have to buy Christmas for your kids. Its very disappointing to see a woman posting about having no gifts for her kids two months ago, posting a photo of her fabulous massage and spa day today. Especially when I took them gifts. :holly1:

I went thrift store shopping this afternoon and found 2 battery operated wax candles in the prettiest shade of crackled green. They'll be perfect for Christmas. :singing:

I also found a Christmas book. Mr Miracle by Debbie Macomber. I knew there was a Mrs. but not a Mr. book. I'm excited to read it.

I know and there's nothing sweeter to me than kids at Christmas. I'll help anyone in any way that I can. I just get aggravated at the grown ups sometimes. :scene: Especially when you watch those little children struggle all year, then their parents have gone through over $6000 in a week with very little to show for it. As adults we know it's not about the gifts, but that's hard to explain to little ones that don't get anything. Thanks for listening to the rant. Now back to my regularly scheduled Christmas cheer. :smilecc:

Noel, sorry for the delayed response. We are going to Las Vegas, Utah, and Arizona. We are going to see the Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and a few other cool places (like the Cliff dwellings, etc). I can't believe it's already this point in the school year. It seems like just yesterday that we were inn Christmas break. You won't hear me complaining though!

Flying out to Las Vegas tomorrow. I bet it's the same route Santa takes on Christmas.

Kiwi enjoy your after Christmas vacation. You will be visiting gorgeous western canyons and mountains at a great temperature this time of year. As Santa would say, have a :hohat: time.
