Just a quick post. We have a strong stomach-intestinal virus and are weak with sickness. Up all night until a nap from 9am to 1:30pm. Avoiding food and insulin although that is a diabetic no-no. Water is our diet and hoping to recover within the usual 48hrs viral span.
Thinking of you Christmas friends but will not post until healthy.

Today I return to my normal work schedule as the family remains at home eating their first meals. You know.,,,,toast with a scraping of butter for breakfast, oatmeal for lunch and hoping it all goes well. This isn't anything like Christmas but we are all determined to heal quickly. Hope your day is a healthy one.

Power went out at 2am and its still out. At least I have a reason to get out some of my pretty Christmas candles.

My mom was without power from last night until 1PM this afternoon. They had storms too.
