Our 3 inches of beautiful Christmas snow is all melted now. But it sure was fun while it lasted.

The weather turned cold today. It felt so much like winter again that I wanted to sing Christmas Carols.

Merry Monday Christmas friends! Hope all my Christmas friends have a great week! At the suggestion of my former boss, Perky checked with his union to see if his appallingly low pay is legal. It is not. So, while he reports to the job today, he has to check with his union rep to see what his rights are. Meanwhile, we hope that the job will be understanding about all his medical appts and allow him to go on the interview on Friday. Pray for connections to be made between him and the interviewing person and that he does in fact get an interview on the really good job. The school interview on Friday was a bust. There is zero pay in July. Peanut shells is better than zero........Have a great week!

More snow overnight brought us another beautiful Christmas card image.

It doesn't matter what the calendar says, if it's cold outside it feels like Christmas to me.
