Christmas Crazy wrote:Good evening Christmas friends!
Michelle and I just got back from a weekend at Fernandina Beach, FL celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary (which is actually on May 2nd). We had such a wonderful time, that we didn't want to come back. But we all know how that goes. :P
I hope you all had a great weekend too.

Happy Anniversary Christmas friend! :ornwave:

Thanks!
Christmas friends are the best!

Counting the days down to summer break just like I do Christmas. :snowjump:

For Christmas I want Santa to bring me an elf whose only job is to charge electronics. I need the help since I'm the only one in my house who knows how to do it. :santagifts:

While we were on Amelia Island, I got to visit a Christmas shop in the historic district. They had a few nice things, but most of it was beach themed. I think I'd rather have North Pole themed Christmas items.

I'm not really big on themed Christmas items. I prefer traditional. :D

We also stopped in a marina gift shop where I purchased a new Christmas
book, "Twas the Night before Christmas". It has very beautiful illustrations and large print for my aging eyes.

Is May Day a holiday in Sweden?
Enjoy having a Monday off to catch up on chores. Now that would be perfect at Christmas time. :smilecc:

I had written a nice long Christmas post in response that went poof gone in cyberspace....short version, yes it is a holiday.
