Post-Surgical Update:

Left Eye: remained at 20/50 post 3 weeks surgery
Right Eye: 20/25 post 1 day surgery

One week now until my next check up where further exams will be performed. It seems I will need a contact lense or glasses after surgery. Rejoicing because my vision of color,
shape, size is much improved and blurriness reduced especially in right eye.

Your Christmas prayers are deeply appreciated my friends. I continue to believe God will perfect my healing according to His Purpose. And I give him Glory!

Praise God for making my Christmas friend better. Continued prayers for full restoration of sight. He is mighty!

Tomorrow is the last day July. Then the next day will be August. After that the Bers start, and then we're off and blazing towards Christmas!

I was on a late Christmas in July vacation with Perky and Noelle, the christmas elf.
We disovered that the last weekend in July is NOT the time to be traveling. Not only were there the returnees from a Rock Festival and Viking Market on the ship, but also all the people who have been on vacation for a month and have to go back to work tomorrow. We had fun while standing in line guessing who was coming from the Rock Festival and who was coming from the Viking market. Sometimes it was hard to tell. ;-) Being on the Island was fun, but getting to and from was not. Yesterday I said I was never leaving the apartment again, now we shall see. Off season, in the middle of the week might be the peaceful vacation we had hoped for. Hopefully, Perky will either have a better job next year, or more vacation.
