Creating a Christmas Notebook.

Postby Snowbelle27 » Mon Jul 14, 2008 12:19 pm

Mrs Claus has kindly asked me to run a challenge to create a Christmas Notebook. I am sooo excited by this as I love Notebooks. So anyone wanting to be more organised for Holidays then come and join us!

The Holiday Grand plan begins on 31st August so the challenge is to create a Christmas Notebook to be up and running by the time the HGP begins. Each week I will post the task for that particular week, with some suggestions and ideas. Please remember if you have any info or advice then please feel free to share.

Everyone's Notebook is individual to them and must be set up so that it works efficiently for you. Mine is constantly changing and being updated and I find that this is the recipe for a successful Notebook.

Perhaps in January when Christmas is over we can have a review and see how things worked out for you, both good and bad.

I am so excited about this too. This year will be my first year actually creating a notebook. Before I just followed along with the cleaning online. So now I'll be trying to do it all. Thanks so much Snowbelle for sharing your expertise with us!!! :D

For anyone who wants Martha Stewart planners for their notebooks, I found the page here;

MS Planners

There's planners there for every conceivable occasion. Last update was 2004, but the planners all look germain, four years on, and very useable. I seldom print out an entire planner, but will pick what pages are relevant to my needs.

Thanks for that link Merry Sage. I will definately be taking a closer look. I absolutely love Martha Stewart, I manage to get her 'Living' magazine from a local store but it is always a month behind - wish I had access to more of her stuff, especially her Halloween magazine. Maybe I'll try amazon.
