I totally forgot to tell you all. Two weeks ago today I totaled my car when I hit a deer on the way home from work. It was 2003 Buick LeSabre with 167k miles on it. It was a solid car with a great engine in it. I hated to lose it.
But God has taken care of everything for me. After getting a check from insurance and purchasing another car, a 2002 Buick Park Avenue with only 106k miles on it, I'm coming out ahead by $1300 and 60k miles. This new car should last another 100k miles.
Merry Christmas in August to me!

Now that is a God-sized Christmas present! Happy for you elf friend.
