A typical monsoon here but with higher humidity than normal. Today will be 106F with feel like 112F due to dew point rising. My A/C just runs repeatedly and it is set on a hot 83 to save electric bill costs. Where is snow? 8-)

When we left it was almost 100 degrees. We've had 2 good rains since, and the high temps have cooled into the low 80s. Lovin it!! :D

We had lightening and thunder for a long time last night and finally got some rain. :D

According to the Farmers Almanac, we will have a very cool Fall and a very cold Winter in the Southeast but have warm temperatures during the week of Christmas.

Temps getting into the 60s at night and only in the 80s for highs. Crazy weather for August. But I'm not complaining one bit. :D

Foggy!! The remnants of Harvey should reach us this weekend. We are looking at 1-3 inches. Other parts of Arkansas will see up to 7 inches. Wow! :shock:
