My uncle's surgery is scheduled for 6 pm CST. He is a................large man, always reminded me of Hoss from Bonanza. So praying for no complications. He had bypass surgery a couple of years ago and went from 500 lbs to 300. Praying he can be up and ready for Christmas concert practice soon! He is a church music director and teacher at a catholic school.

My uncles surgery was moved up to 10 am CST due to a cancellation. Family is feeling good but Christmas prayers for no complications Always appreciated. Times like this I wish I was there.

The Black Friday Christmas ads are starting to appear online. I also saw news articles on which stores will remain closed on Thanksgiving day. I wish they all would.

Stores that were open the last two Black Fridays lost money. Amazon and online shopping soared. That should tell them everything! Christmas is not about money and/or gifts.
