The weather reports have gone back and forth on if we'll get any winter precipitation for Christmas. It now looks like we'll get a little something but not sure what. I'd be happy with some Christmas Eve snow flurries.

my parents won their local neighborhood Christmas lighting Contest! They got first Place in the "vintage" category.......bet my dad loves that. He probably thought he did a great "modern" job.......my cousin also lives in the area. They did not do much since she broke her leg but her husband used to be a professional christmas decorator so he is now motivated for next year.

Michelle and I are going to the grocery store this morning to get everything we need to hunker down for the remainder of Christmas and the rest of the year. Then it will be time to just relax.

Merry Christmas from the Santa Cruise! Today was a down time day. Tomorrow we have to get up at 5 am to get breakfast and meet the bus to Santa Park. We were told that 900 passengers were going. Wow
