The weather through the weekend is calling for temperatures between -30 and -45 degrees F!!! Looks like it going to be a good 3-day weekend for Hallmark Christmas movies and hot cocoa.

I just finished a half day of work at home and am awaiting the delivery of our late christmas present of a new washing machine. It is not glamorous, but necessary. I was going to make scones, but realized I forgot to buy oranges for orange peel (no dried spice type in Sweden). We are supposed to get messy and Cold, but not as bad as the US I Think. I like the Hallmark Winterfest Movies as much as Christmas Movies. There are some of them on YouTube. Stay warm!
Note: 12:44 pm Friday, it is now snowing.

We've had record high temperatures all year and starting 2018 in the same vein. All I have left are my dreams of a White Christmas. Planning now a trip way up north next December so we know in our hearts it really is Christmas time!
