A busy & fun day for us with my Sister, BIL and family. We enjoyed a great breakfast at First Watch, packed a picnic lunch and now off to the mountains for some hiking [and then eating]. It is 83F in the shade -- so close to 100F in the sun.
It is our first big family outing since Christmas and we are one happy family!

Temps got down to 12 degrees last night. Brrrrr

A good deal of Christmas spirit was displayed between my family and my Sister's family yesterday. The mountains were fairly clear of dust, and some cactus was starting to bloom small buds due to our heat now. The exercise was good and the food was absolutely delicious. Now if the rest of the year could just be that 'ho-ho-ho"
