Since today is a national holiday many people have the day off. Hope your week is a good one.

for some reason, it's not a thing in Sweden. I was sorry to see some people on my facebook feed making it about current politics and not honoring the two presidents it was designed to remember.........so sad. Santa should give them coal next Christmas. I am sure I will close down my main account before the next election...

I am trying to convince Perky that we should go to the Ice Hotel in Northern Sweden for Christmas in August...........it will be many years before it falls on a weekend again.

Jolly that is a lovely Christmas in August idea! Hope Perky gets into the spirit too.

His response was "it would be difficult". I said how as we can use SAS Points on the flight and hotel. He said "if we are in two diferent places.........." I will try again when he is in a better Christmas mood. I told him we can make a Quick scouting trip using up Points and then go back on a longer train trip next summer. Like the IceBar hre in Stockholm, the change the exhbit every year.

Today I am off for a diabetic follow up on my Eyes and then hope to come home and take a nap. My Eyes Always change back faster if I can get to sleep

I also see that this month's Rudolph day falls on Sunday. anyone have any special Christmas plans?
