I took advantage of Lakesides free shipping and my order arrived yesterday. I got the cutest wooden reindeer planter. It will look so good with a poinsettia or Christmas cactus inside. Or I might fill it with pine cones for a more rustic look. Either way it's a fantastic piece that I got at a great price. :reindeer2:

I also bought a remote control candle set. It will look so good on my Thanksgiving table. I have a nice candle ring to dress it up for Christmas too. :candle2: :candle1: :candle1:

We've had wacky weather for sure. I'd just like to see a little Christmas snow before Winter is done. :snowink:

Kiwi, we're happy to have you too. That has to be so frustrating and scary to be put in that situation. Stay safe my Christmas friend.

I told Perky that we should celebrate Valentine's Day on the 15th of Feb every year.
Bouquets were 1/3 the price and it is fun to see what you can pick up. Like Christmas, Valentine's Day is in the heart and Perky treats me like a Valentine all year long.

Great idea Jolly and so true that Christmas is in the heart.

I hope we don't get any late Christmas snow. Everything has bloomed here including the peach trees. If we get a freeze now, peaches will be in short supply this summer.

Kiwi, I see your Christmas site is still out there.
https://sites.google.com/site/xmassean/home
I was just thinking of what kind of Christmas website could I make.
Is there something Christmasy that's not already out there? Something different.
Something that wouldn't take a lot to maintain.
Hmmm...

Well we wouldn't want that. Love those Georgia peaches! The trees and shrubs are ice covered here. The leaves and buds are too. It won't hurt anything because it's above freezing now. It's a fast melting Christmas Winter Wonderland out there. :snowhouse:

I don't have a Christmas site idea but I do have a fun one. Take a figurine(Santa, snowman, reindeer, elf) and take pictures of it in different places. At work with you, sitting in your car, on vacation at the beach, etc. It would be fun to see where it would end up next.
