I wonder if Rudolph is celebrating Fiesta in San Antonio. It is almost as much fun as Christmas.

Thanksgiving falls on the 22nd of November in the USA this year. That means we will have an extended Christmas season between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. 33 Days. Compare that to 2019 which will only be 27 days. Yes, if you look back at last year we had 32 days, in 2016 we had 31 days, etc... It's a cycle that repeats itself every 6 years (5 years in some cycles). But this year will be the longest period between holidays! 33 glorious days of the rest of the U.S. celebrating with us. Here's to a long and joyful Christmas season in 2018!

Yes, in fact I did wear my Christmas Rudolph socks today. Perky equates Rudolph Day with payday since the 25th is swedish payday. Any attempt I make to tell him that it would be Rudolph Day whether we got paid or not does not computer.
He can be a stubborn Christmas elf, good thing he is cute.

I also listened to the Can't Wait for Christmas podcast yesterday. Something I look forward to every Rudolph Day.
