We are doing each of these in no particular order so far because my plans are always re-arranged by Hubs or kiddos.
1. crafting gifts, decorations, stockings, etc for Operation Christmas Child by Samaritan's Purse and church Christmas trees
2. Ordering gifts from extra chore savings for the homeless and those at church who need a helping hand this holiday season.
3. Baking & freezing some Halloween goodies to be extra-prepared this season.
4. Eating a traditional Christmas in July meal for our household with pies & Christmas cookies for the 25th.
5. Watching Christmas movies.........and more Hallmark movies........and new Hallmark movies..........and?
6. Writing a Christmas in July journal - family style - for the first time as a keepsake for the kiddos when grown.
And of course singing Christmas carols at every spare moment!
Now that is a whole lot of Christmas Spirit!
Sounds fun and exciting.

the Christmas in July journal sounds like a great idea. I am thinking of turkey burgers and sweet potatoe fries for the 24th/25th. I have a few movies to watch that week, and a few clean up projects in mind, depending on how hot it is in the apartment. Hoping we get a cool front for the cruise.
