What is your weather like

Sun, storms and cloud mixes every day. The winds and rain brought a coolness, almost even a chill to the air this afternoon. Very odd for here in Ontario at the beginning of August. It has me thinking about Christmas even more.

According to the weather people, who are usually wrong, we are in for a very cold weekend here in the National Capital - lows of -3C and -4C and top temps of 7C or 8C.

I hope so, it might even snow a bit out of town and we can go and have a look.

Wet, windy and not particularly warm considering August 9th.

Well for a change it looks like the weather people were right - this weekend has been freezing. I don't think we have had a temp above 7C and the nights are so cold that we have left the ducted heating on 20C (we usually turn it down to around 17C because the house does retain the heat).

I must admit I am enjoying the cold weather - staying indoors, drinking way to much hot chocolate and relaxing on weekends is wonderful.

HOT! It was 102 today and hopfully it will rain tomorrow (we need it here!)

Rain - we've had record rain for the month of July. Looks like we might have records set in August too. It's cool and rainy. Yesterday we closed our windows to stay warm. All this wouldn't be so bad if our roof hadn't started leaking. And with all the rain and some hail - our roofing company has been uber busy.

Cloudy, soon to be rain again here . Enough with the rain and thunderstorms already.
Last nights T- storm pretty near scared the socks right off me. I know we have broke records here with the amount of rain. I wonder if they keep track of the # of T- storms as well. I don't recall ever having this many in a summer before.

Mrs. C I hope they can patch your roof up really soon.
We had to close the windows a couple of afternoon and evenings in a row as well.
It started feeling like early October instead of early August.

Hotter than a fried egg at 110F with no cloud cover! Whew!

cloudy all day and now it's thunderstorming outside we really needed the rain!

We have cold weather again for the whole week according to the weather people.

Lows of minus 3C and highs of 7C but no snow

storms today and around 79 and they are calling for more storms tonight and tomorrow

Right now is a bit of a reprieve - it's sunny and dry. Although later this afternoon and it's supposed to rain and thunderstorm - yet again.

No reprieve in sight! 110F, no clouds, full sun, with higher temps all week long.

Was so excited that it didn't rain or thunderstorm today!!!!

It is still cold outside - we had a top of 8C today.

I had to go out in it because I had to go to the doctors - I am so sick at the moment. I guess it is the season for it.

Still mid to upper 80's for the highs. It is 82 right now at 5:30am

No change here. Continuing wet, windy and not particularly warm. My husband swears it feels like Fall already.

Repetive but true: 114F with full sun! Whew!

It looks like it is going to rain again - that is a good thing because we still really need as much as we can get. Our dams are still below half full and we have strict water restrictions still in place.

Top of 10C and a low of 2C overnight.
