I recently watched Reindeer Lodge where the main character won a trip to Jamaica, not the Island republic, but Jamaica, NY. Why is this funny? I got a package today from Jamaica, NY!!! That is just too much of a Christams coincidence! Also watched Home by Christmas Day. that was also very good. more like the "old hallmark" rather than the formulaic romances they usually churn out now.

My husband just said we are supposed to get a giant heatwave this weekend of 50C. So far, nothing on the official weather reports. I am hoping he is wrong. If so, this will be one dead Christmas elf.
