Christmas Countdown 2018

This past weekend we got our Christmas tree and I put up the outside lights! It was a beautiful sunny winter day with at least a foot of snow on the ground! Tonight I put up my Christmas Village. Tomorrow it will be decorating the tree.

Sorry for this late single pist. I have injured my back and am on medications. That has translated into my sleeping more hours than I expected.

Christmas wise I did manage to finish decirating my home most of the day Sunday. Tomorrow evening I hope to do the front door and porch. It might take both Wednesday and Thursday to decorate the tree. How excited I will be Friday to just enjoy it all.

Take care of your self, the Christmas decorations can wait.

Good Tuesday Morning Christmas friends! Now that the season is upon us, I will try to be more active. Work is hectic as always. Not AS bad as spring, but it is all relative. Allergies hit my eyes on Saturday which is no Christmas fun. Eye drops are my new eye makeup for now. I have my first Christmas event on Thursday. An Advent Mingle with my union. We were to donate an item for decorating the new building. Have a ho ho ho good day!

I love this time of year when everyone is decorating for Christmas. Ours was completed last week.

I was really surprised that gas prices didn't rise for the week of Thanksgiving. In fact, prices were lower up north in Ohio/Kentucky than in the south. Which usually isn't the case. I did get gas for $2.09 last night which matches the lowest price we saw on our trip. So they have come down here too. Hopefully the prices won't go up for Christmas.
