And today, in a small high school in a tiny town in Arkansas, an 8th grader went into a bathroom and they shot and killed themselves. My heart hurts and the light of Christmas is just a little dimmer for me.

That is so sad my Christmas friend. That poor family and community.

As I was walking around Hobby Lobby last night, I got that overwhelming Christmas Spirit feeling. Maybe because they've already prepared the store for Fall and Christmas items to arrive. Hundreds of baskets staged and ready for the first deliveries. I took this picture the other day on Apr 20.


We should start seeing the first Christmas items on the shelves within a week or two. I took these pictures last year on May 7 & 10.

WOW, Christmas Crazy. Our Hobby Lobby still has Spring and Easter items slightly reduced. There are no signs of Autumn or Christmas decorations in the store.
