Countdown to Christmas 2019

And tonight have a wonderful fireworks celebration of our great country!

We're off to church in a few minutes [5am]. The Women's group is fixing a big breakfast layout for all our veterans and those who serve in the USA. Think of it as a midwestern/southern cafe breakfast menu: eggs 3 ways; bacon; sausage; country potatoes, cheesy grits, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, and a mix of sweet rolls. I love honoring our heros.

This afternoon we'll be having a traditional American BBQ with friends who have a pool [in 107F that is a necessity]. Then tonight we'll snack as we watch PBS Capitol 4th and the President's 4th Celebration of America.
