Merry Christmas in July Monday! I managed to get the hawaiian tree up. We had put the Elves on the kitchen paper towel holder and Perky kept Calling it a strip pole, so I had to do something. Just the tree, banner, and garland. that's it. Plus the last of the leftover paper Products in the bathroom and kitchen, and bringing down the last of the Christmas beer. We have 4 bags of Swedish Christmas coffee, so I Think we are set. It has rained so it is cool now, but will be a sauna this afternoon. We have decided our next Christmas in July vacation will be to the Santa Cave in Rovaniemi. It is where we Went for the Christmas Cruise. it is an old underground bunker so cool year round.

Merry Christmas in July Monday Jolly! I wish we would decorate for Christmas in July. Oh, well. At least Michelle is watching Christmas movies with me. I even caught her twice watching without me. Next years vacation sounds wonderful.

Slowly but surely she will come around and be a Christmas in July enthusiast. Take her somewhere christmassy for vacation and she'll be hooked. We made a decision in our house this year. After coming so Close to not decorating at all, we decided that it was "legal" to put up the Christmas in July tree anytime after Leon Day. There is usually at least one weekend in there that is cooler than others. If I completely missed it, I would be so sad.
