It was wonderful. I hated to leave. I told Perky we should start celebrating Christmas in August in September. He said next year he wants to go back to the Ice Hotel. Traveling out of Stockholm in August is tough with my job. September is much easier. And cooler. Sweden is having Another week of heatwave. So ready for this to be over.

Michelle got Daisy her own dog bone stocking for Christmas. Michelle added her name and made the bow for it.

I gotta tell you all. This weekend in town looked like Black Friday. Every store in town was busy. The mall was packed. And the mall is never busy. Every major retailer was doing very well this weekend. Schools have been back in session for three weeks now, so I know that wasn't the reason. It very much reminded me of Christmas shopping in December.

Dd got a package in the mail this weekend. i got tickled at her. Because of how excited she was you would have sworn it was Christmas.
