Wow! 50 days until Christmas. And only 23 days until Thanksgiving. I love this time of year. And now I can't wait for Thanks giving. My cousin texted me last night and said she was having the big family Thanksgiving at her house while we're in town. I haven't seen my whole extended family in probably five years. There will be 30+ people there. It's going to be great! I miss them all so much.

The bane of living in the southwest has returned to my home: termites!! It took 5 years of drilling outside and inside to be rid of them for just 2 years. During inspection this moring the worker found a new 'branch' from the ceiling in our study -- where we had never had the termites before. So here I sit waiting for the manager to call and give me a date for treatment [drill in foundation of home outside and walls inside home]. I need to think merry ho-ho-ho Christmas thoughts right now.
