On my way to the surgery center to get a shot in my back right now. I’ve been having a lot of pain the last several months. If this helps I’ll start PT soon. Have a blessed and merry Tuesday Christmas.

I bought Christmas stamps today. Tough choice but I ended up with Christmas Carols and Winter Berries.

It is sprinkling! The skies are mostly grey, the temperatures much lower and my heart is rejoicing! This is 'winter' in the southwestern desert!!
