Our weather forecast is giving us a chance of frozen precipitation late tonight. It's going to be really warm today with a cold front dropping temps significantly this afternoon. It'll definetly feel like Christmas.

I think there are more houses decorated for Christmas this year in our area than any other year I can remember.

I am very lonely at work today. A lot of people took the day off. There's even one guy that saved a bunch of his vacation and is off thru the Christmas holiday until Jan 2.

Michelle and I watched on of my favorite Christmas specials last night. Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. We didn't fall asleep this time like we did Friday.

Somehow the sweet little outside kitten we got this summer has weasled her way into being a big ol house cat. I was really worried about my decorations but the only thing she really terrorizes is our Christmas tree. She plays a fun game of watch me bat these ornaments off the tree and see how long it takes that lady to get them all picked up and hung back on it.

Needless to say this is not a good year to display my vintage glass Christmas ornaments.

That's awesome because I swear there are less decorated here. It's like everyone's Christmas Spirit level is set at bah humbug.

The temperature is going to be in the 60s and might reach 70 before it drops between 30-40 degrees to bring us the possibility of frozen stuff overnight. The ground should be too warm for much to stick. Although I wouldn't mind seeing some Christmas snowflakes.
