Well the 'crud' finally found me! I am hoping it is not the viral one that has kept friends, family and kiddos down for weeks.

Also, I am no longer employed. I quit Friday due to the change in management. Finding another NICU placement is rare because nurses cherish those positions. So for now I am in transition to the next phase of my life.

Noel, I'm so sorry you are sick. And unemployed. Your talents will be cherished again some place. I'm sure of it. I'll be praying for you my friend.

Well, that count ended up being a big fat ZERO. Nobody has their Christmas lights on anymore between my house and the church. There's about 3 miles of residential area on that route. Maybe we'll take a drive around town and look for some this weekend. There's gotta be some out there.
