sweet breads as a gift

sweet breads make such a nice gift..i went out and baught a 4 loaf mini pan to make them and ic an get 4 now instead of one large loaf..i can make 4 mini loafs to hand out as gifts...so here are some cake ideas....

pumkin bread with chocolate chips
ginger bread
carrot cake.no icing
red velvet cake no icing
and my favorite banana with coconut and chocolate chips..which is a big hit..

you can also buy the tins in prepackages i think they come in like 4 packs..of the mini loaf pans at walmart..dissposible i guess their called.ive used them too.and just leave the cake in it wrap it and tie with a ribbon..

I love ginger bread. That is one gift I wouldn't mind receiving! Banana and choc chip sounds good!
