2009 Christmas Card Exchange

OK I thought it would be nice to do it again.

Edited to add: I will not be doing an ecard exchange this year - just snail mail

I will run it the same as last year:
I need your full name, address (including country).
The cut off will be 31st October, so the list can be compiled and sent to everyone the first week of November - this gives everyone time to post their overseas cards so that they arrive on time. It also gives me time to amend the list if I make a typo (which is not uncommon ).

This year I will not be participating in the email exchange. I got a worm this year trying to do that so I'll pass next Christmas.

Noel I know what you mean with the e-mail exchange. That's why I went to Hallmark and looked over their free cards (although you have to register there but the registering is free too).

I agree ladies, I don't like the thought of getting a virus on the PC.

So I think if members want to swap ecards then they could organise it between themselves.

But the snail mail exchange is still on - I love to send and receive cards in the post.

No Joanna, I did not receive one from you this year.
But then I only received about 5 cards all up out of the exchange and 3 ecards.

On all NON-USA addresses, please include the country - we had 6 cards come back because of this - I copy-paste the addresses and those 6 did not have the country listed.

The list that I have here that I sent to everyone all had countries and zip codes on it - not sure what happened there. But will double check this year for you

We have ages yet, so there is no hurry as the list won't be done til the first week in November and then sent out in the second week, so everyone has time to get them done and sent

Firstly I would like offer my apologies for being MIA for so long - life and work are very busy and take up more time than I have at present.
However the Christmas Card exchange is very close to my heart and I would not miss it for the world.

OK here is the deal - I will be doing the list up by Friday and sending it out over the weekend, so if I don't have your updated address and you still want to be a part of it, please send it to me by Friday this week (that is my Saturday, so the list will go out on my Sunday, which is your Saturday - all too confusing)...

I wish to be added to the list. I have been hemming and hahing about joining this year. Only because last year I was late sending them out, and I felt bad about it. So if it is ok I would like to participate again. I will try harder to send the cards out on time.
