On the Northwest side of Phoenix, Arizona, smack dab in the middle of the desert!!! We basically have two months with possible temps under 95: Jan & Feb. This year we had 5 whole days under 80!

I'd move, but my sweet DH adores it, and so do the children. I'm a 4 seasons girl at heart. Ya know, like loving rain, autumn leaves & snow!!!

Wow. I like the warmth, but that would be a bit too much for me!

We had gorgeous sun yesterday, temps in the mid-teens C. The forecast is more of the same right into the weekend! I think its safe now to put the woolies away.

So far May has been a very mixed bag; lovely when the sun condescends to come out. Cold when it doesn't. A lot of rain in between. The last thing we need is a third year of a cold, wet Spring followed by a cold, wet Summer. However, early days yet. :holly1:

Its been blowing gales here since the weekend. You'd think we were in the Outer Hebrides. Especially when it rains along with it. However, it is mild. I think (hope) once we get past this middle part of May, things will improve. :holly1:

This is the 11th consecutive day in May that we've been over 105F! They are going to ration water next week if it continues. I am miserable! :x

Merry Sage, your prayers for our weather here were answered!!! Suddenly, late Thursday, a storm rolled into town and lingered until this evening! The temperature dropped to 80F, it was misty, cloudy and it sprinkled most of the day! I took my break outside int he rain! And I ate my lunch in my car..........just to feast my eyes on the sight of rain and hear its softly falling melody. THANK YOU!!!! :D

It's going to be a beautiful day with a high of 79 degrees. I think the warmer weather is here to stay. The forecast for next week is in the low to mid 70s.
