I have found that reading about Christmas gives that cool sensation of Christmas weather. Starting my work week today and hoping for a good one.

Isn't it wonderful when we find those little unexpected bits of Christmas throughout the year.

Every year during July and August some of the radio stations here will play Christmas music to help people remember that the unbearable heat won't last forever. I enjoy it and look forward to it every year.

We're expecting a cool down today with a high temp only in the 80's instead of the 90's we've had the last few days. Also a slight chance of rain which would be good since I have to water my flowers and veggies every day now.

I ordered the birthday party invitations this morning. I looked through lots of pictures before I found the perfect one for the front of the invitation. I still have lots of pics from last Fall and Christmas that I haven't printed. :peekleaves2: :scene:

I was doing some online shopping this morning and I found dd a pink sparkly Santa dress for her Christmas portraits. The best part is that it was on clearance. WooHoo! :santadance:

This was one of those upside-down emotional days. I signed up for my 401K this morning which made it a positive way to start the day. Then I was called into employee relations because an employee who left the company yesterday, decided to complain about me. What? Mostly she stated I gossiped -- and I NEVER gossip!!! So they wrote me up on her word..........kinda makes you wonder about management!

Sorry to hear about your problems at work Noel. :|

I have so much on my schedule that I'm feeling a little overwhelmed today. I could really use a Christmas break right now. :holly1: :scene:
