Oh, I am so surprised to find Thomas Pacconi on ShopNBC tonight! He was on QVC for over 17 years! I love his handblown glass ornaments - grannie had some of the original ones!

I have been running errands all day today. I had to stop by and pay my truck insurance and when I got to the office the agent said they had reevaluated my policy and that they had billed me too much. I saved almost $200 from the price that they billed me at. I was so excited. Guess that's my Christmas in July present. :smilecc:

The cyber world is perplexing at times! All week I had to take in the laptop to our High Tech team to get the software, phone system, files, etc up and running. I took it back this morning...........and then my phone in the office wouldn't work. My phone at home wouldnt work! :x  I have a "GHOST connection" they told me due to using high speed internet connection.

Ah, well, it is Christmas in July.........I am watching QVC ....... and the cyber world can wait til Tuesday!!!

The Christmas catalogs for Lakeside Collections, LTD Commodities, and ABC Distributing are available for online viewing now! They're all basically the same catalog though so you only need to look at one of the links. LOL

I hope everyone is having a very Merry Christmas in July!! :merrygift:

I watched some of the Christmas in July special on QVC this morning then we went to an anniversary party this afternoon. We had a wonderful time visiting with everyone.

For my Christmas movie today I watched Home Alone 2. And our Christmas charity jar is now on display in the kitchen. So I can say I have had a Merry Christmas in July! :merrysleigh:

It's been real busy in my house this weekend, haven't been able to catch much of the Christmas in July stuff on QVC, went to my children's Bible School program last night, my seven year old had a solo last night which made me so proud, tomorrow is the open house for my autistic son's new school, and also added onto tomorrow is the fact that I will be starting a new job, it is true about blessings, when you get them you get them in bunches. Hope everyone is having a great Christmas in July as we countdown to the big day. :smilecc:

After church today my friend mentioned that we probably need to get started on the plans for our children's Christmas pageant. I'm so excited because we finally have enough kids in our Sunday School classes to put on a pageant! :scene:

DD who will be 7 Thursday , had a fantastic time at her party on Saturday. She received many wonderful gifts. A wide range from Barbies, to art supplies, to clothes. The rain held out til after the party had ended. :smilecc:
The girls really enjoyed Christmas musical chairs.
Time just seems to be flying by these days. I can't believe DS is 9, DD is 7 and our youngest DD will be 5 in October. Some days I wish we could just slow time down just a wee bit. :bell1:

MistletoeMisfit--Today I was thinking the very same thing. That I wish my life would slow down a bit so I could enjoy it a little more. Today has been a super busy day where I have just gone from one little job to another. I could really use a Christmas break right now. :singing: :holly1:

CandyKane it's good to know I am not the only one feeling like days just go by at record speed. Maybe it's because there is always so much going on. We have soccer four nights a week, DH has baseball one day. Plus birthday parties to attend and tournaments etc...
I am hoping this weekend it will go by a little slower. We are spending 3 glorious days and nights at DH's relatives cottage. Our whole family look forward to it every year. They always make it such fun for our kids. :smilecc:
After Christmas and birthdays it is the kids favourite time of year.

Hey Everyone!!!

Last night my girls were up VERY late, but it was hard to discipline them because they were laughing so much at the different words they were making up to the tune of Jingle Bells. What's a mom to do when her girls are laughing and singing Christmas carols.

I've been working on my scrapbooking today. Hopefully I'll have dd's scrapbook finished so I can enter it in our county fair this fall. I have all the Christmas pages finished already! :smilecc:
