Noel
I wish I could bottle up a little of each different season and send it to you.
I often get bored with a season by the two month mark.

Nice during the day, especially if the sun is out. Cool at night. The weekend forecast is good, which I'm pleased about as we'll be on the Dorset coast from Saturday through to Monday! A much needed mini break.

Temps today are very pleasant in the mid teens celsius.

BRRRRR!
The winds today are like November winds. It is also very gray. The temperature this morning inside was about 15. Too early to put on the wood stove or furnace though.

The first day of Fall has brought us clouds and drizzle and a high of only 62 degrees. I'm just waiting for some sunshine. It would do wonders to improve my mood right now. 8-)

We were back up to 105F today with predictions of 108F midweek. Oh, how I wish the weather would shift so we get some cooler weather.

Windy and rainy here. Both the winds and rain have been very heavy at times.
I think the Old Farmers Almanac may have been a little off in their prediction of snow for this area, at the end of September. The temperature is just too warm for anything other than rain. I thought it seemed to be too early for flurries, but I had hoped they would be right.

It is cool here about 5 . The rain has stopped for now. We didn't get cold enough for snow, apparently about an hour and a half north of here they received a few flurries last night. :snowwow:

I am Noel .
It came so close to us.
If we had dropped in temperature by just a couple of degrees last night it would have been snow.
It stopped raining early this morning.
Right now the winds are up and they are not cool winds they are cold!
It's about 5 degrees before the wind, definitely hovering around 0 if not below with windchill factored in.

DD 7 thought she saw a snowflake late this afternoon. :snowwow: I think she suffers from the same ailment as I. The wishful thinking, or maybe in this case the wishful sighting disease.
